Tijara.au Vendor Agreement

1. Eligibility and Declaration

1.1. You confirm that your business is Muslim-owned and based in Australia.
1.2. Your products, services, and events must comply with both Islamic values and Australian law.
1.3. Tijara.au reserves the right to verify your declaration at any time.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

2.1. You are responsible for:
  a. Providing accurate and halal-compliant listings
  b. Managing order fulfilment, customer service, and delivery
  c. Removing outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable listings
2.2. You may not sell or promote:
  a. Alcohol, pork, gambling-related items, or adult content
  b. Counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal goods
2.3. You must comply with all applicable obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, including offering refunds, guarantees, and remedies where required.

3. Fees and Commission

3.1. You agree to all platform fees as outlined in your vendor dashboard or subscription plan.
3.2. Fees may change with reasonable notice from Tijara.au.
3.3. Payouts are processed via the platform’s payment system, minus applicable commissions and charges.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1. You retain ownership of your product listings, branding, and uploaded media.
4.2. You grant Tijara.au a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content for marketing, promotion, and platform operations.

5. Account Conduct and Suspension

5.1. Tijara.au may suspend or terminate your account if you:
  a. Misrepresent your business, eligibility, or Islamic declaration
  b. Violate platform rules or vendor obligations
  c. Harm customer trust or the reputation of the Tijara.au community

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. You are the primary contact for all disputes related to your orders, services, or events.
6.2. Tijara.au may assist in mediation where appropriate, but is not liable for the outcome of vendor-customer disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Tijara.au is not liable for your business outcomes, financial performance, or any third-party claims arising from your activities.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. This agreement remains in effect until cancelled.
8.2. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Tijara.au may terminate with or without cause.

9. Changes to Agreement

9.1. This Vendor Agreement may be updated from time to time.
9.2. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
